What to include in your inquiry
A useful project summary does not need to be long. The following details give our team enough context to understand the scope, flag any production considerations and respond with practical next steps.
- Goals: Tell us what the videos need to accomplish, who they are intended for and where they will be published. Helpful context may include a campaign theme, content series, product launch or recurring social schedule.
- Formats: Note the number of videos, approximate duration and required aspect ratios. Let us know whether you need vertical, square or landscape exports, as well as captions, subtitles or alternate versions.
- Timeline: Include your preferred delivery date and any fixed launch, review or approval milestones. If the work is recurring, share the expected posting frequency or monthly volume.
- Budget range: A working range helps us recommend an editing scope that fits your priorities. It can also clarify whether the project should be planned as a single delivery, a batch or ongoing support.
- Locations: Tell us where the footage was recorded and whether any additional filming is being considered. For San Diego-area projects, location context can also help us understand the production environment.
Response time: We review inquiries during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PT. We generally respond within one business day. More detailed requests may require a brief follow-up so we can confirm the footage, deliverables and review process.
